Rwanda at Our Core.
East Africa in Our Network.
Fresh Connect is rooted in Rwanda, working with farmers and supply partners to connect African agricultural production with regional and global markets.
Our Rwanda operations form the foundation of our supply chain, while qualified East African partners enable additional supply flexibility where buyer requirements, volumes or seasons require it.
Our foundation: farmers, outgrowers and supply partners across Rwanda.
Qualified partners add flexibility when volumes or seasons require it.
Every offer states the product’s country of origin. We never present partner-sourced produce as Rwandan.

Know Where Your Produce Comes From
Each batch carries a record of where it came from and how it was handled. See the kind of information a record holds:
Global markets
We only mark a market “active” where Fresh Connect has genuine commercial supply today. Programme lanes are agreed routes getting ready to ship; targets are ambitions, not claims.
Fresh on arrival —
or we make it right.
Every Fresh Connect pack is dated, coded and kept cold from farm to door. If something arrives below standard, reporting it takes two minutes.
Cold chain from harvest
Produce is pre-cooled at the packhouse and kept at its correct storage temperature through transport.
Dated & coded packs
Every pack carries a packed-on date, a best-before date and a QR batch code you can trace.
No out-of-date stock
Stock ships first-expiry-first-out, and no pack leaves us with less than its minimum shelf life.

Report an issue
Tell us what happened and we’ll check straight away whether it’s covered.
What if my order arrives past its best-before date?
That should never happen, and it is always covered. Report it with a photo of the date and you get a full replacement or refund for the affected packs, whichever you prefer.
What is the “minimum shelf life on arrival”?
It is the least number of days a pack will have left before its best-before date when it reaches you. We rotate stock first-expiry-first-out and hold back any pack that would arrive with less.
Can I return produce I no longer want?
Because fresh produce is perishable, we can’t take back items for a change of mind. Anything that arrives damaged, spoiled, short or below standard is covered.
What do I need to make a claim?
The batch code printed on the pack, a clear photo of the problem, and your delivery date. For cold-chain claims, a note of the temperature on arrival helps us act faster.
How are refunds paid?
Refunds go back to your original payment method. Trade customers can choose a credit note against their next order instead.

Our farmers, our foundation
Fresh Connect exists because of the farmers who grow with us. Fair pricing, reliable off-take, and shared quality standards keep the relationship working both ways — current figures and targets are shown separately.
Development impact figures represent preliminary targets and are subject to scale-up, market demand and financing.
